At Aiozy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return
2. You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging
4. Include the return authorization number with your package
5. Ship the item to our return address

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

Exceptions

• Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Sale items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned
• Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return
